Our Story Built from the Inside Out 🥦

Fitness and wellness aren't something you join they're something you live. It's not a trend, a gym membership, or a weekend routine. It's how we move, how we eat, how we lead every single day.

We didn't come from perfect. I spent five years in prison. She's a breast cancer survivor. We've both been in places where we lost control, where life happened to us instead of for us. But those trials taught us something most people never learn: when you hit rock bottom, you realize that your body, your mind, and your choices are the only things you truly own.

That's where BrockleyWellNess was born not from a business plan, but from necessity. From rebuilding. From deciding that we wouldn't just survive our past, we'd build something better because of it.

In our home, it starts with example. Our boys watch everything we do the early workouts, the pushups, the healthy meals. When they see us show up with discipline, they learn that strength is a daily choice, not a random event. Our 2-year-old drops down and does pushups with us not because we told him to, but because he saw it.

That's what BrockleyWellNess is about: leading from the front. If you sit around and never move, your kids learn that too. But when you treat movement like brushing your teeth something you just do health becomes a habit, not a chore.

We don't chase perfection. We build consistency. We do it for the ones watching for the next generation that deserves stronger examples than excuses. Because we know what it's like to lose everything and we know what it takes to build it back.

The Program

Simple, sustainable habits: move daily, eat whole, sleep hard, lift when you can, keep your circle tight.

Phase 1 Clear the Clutter

Two weeks to cut obvious junk, stabilize sleep, drink more water, and walk daily with your kids. Foundation first.

Phase 2 Build the Engine

Four weeks of bodyweight circuits and kid-involved movement. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Phase 3 Lock It In

Habits become standards. Optional supplements. Keep what works; drop what doesn't. Sustainable wellness.
